Has anyone else noticed that in the "How big is baby" section the measurements jump from 6.5 inches in week 20 to 10.5 inches in week 21? Seems like a hefty growth spurt to me.....

    That's because up to week 20 it is Crown to Rump measurement, then after that it is whole baby length (so head to toes) most sites/books I've seen give both measurements for week 20 because of this, then switch over to head to toe length after week 20.
