Mods, I have a question

So, I emailed community@thebump.com on Monday about changing my SN. I've read some comments about people never hearing back. Is there another way to contact TB gods? 

I'm rally impatient because I want to intro on J15 but I want to have my new SN first to eliminate confusion. Such an emergency, I know, but if one of you would be so kind to give me any advice on how to reach them faster, it would be much appreciated!

I'll make it my mission to annoy the hell out of them until they change my SN them being TB gods, not the mods. It's TB's fault that my name converted back to my Knot SN to begin with. 

Ok, lovely mods- who wants to give me a shout out on the mods board for a SN change? Pretty please?

FWIW I had emailed with name suggestions when I wanted my name changed, and it took forever. Then one day I made a comment somewhere and boom my name was different (and they added a random 1 to the end of my new scree name).

It has my old initials too and with me stating I'm from ATL and talking about my DD's age (plus other lyfe stuff), it would be pretty easy for ppl to figure out.

Dude. There are some super sleuthers on TB. But unless OP hits a dog with her car and doesn't stop or admits to doing something CPS worthy, I think she'll be fine. But yeah, the crazies on TB worry me too.

Um, yes. If someone I know IRL were to see my posts, it would be super easy for them to figure out who I am.

I'm a mod. I requested a sn change weeks ago. Still no change. If there is a fast-track, I don't know what it is. @bumpjackie
