My husband is a pilot and the last company he worked for your call sign was chosen for you. It happened to be the first initial of your first name and the first 3 of your last name so his just happened to be Babe. Lol everyone couldn't wait to see if he was some hot chick. We spent some time in the Caribbean and all of the crew just called me Mrs. Babe. And 6 14 is our wedding date.

Lele is a nickname I had as a kid. No one ever called me Lele except for one girl who lived next door to me. I use Lele a lot online.
Usually I use my birth year as a number, but it was taken. So 74 is my wedding anniversary- July 4th.

Part of my last name and for some reason 43 is my favorite number. I see it everywhere, like almost everytime i look at the clock its something 43. So i adopted it as my favorite number!

Sour apple and grape were my wedding colors. When I was trying to think of a SN, I glanced around my office and saw my wedding photos. Inspired. SMKT are our family's initials in birth order, but I rearranged them to be similar to MST3K the show. I nearly chose MST3K because we are working on kid #3.

DH and I met when I was 10, he was 15. We went to a small private school together so everyone knew everyone. Among many nicknames I had been given from the older kids, DH called me youngin and it just stuck. After he graduated in 2002, we lost contact until 2008 when we started dating after we found each other on MySpace. It's just a little piece of our history. The number 12 was his basketball, baseball and soccer numbers in high school.

Mine is almost exactly this! Elsie is a college nickname based on my maiden name, and the 2014 is bc I'm unoriginal and couldn't think of a better number...so I did the year I got preggo!

I had an old screen name from when I used the knot for our wedding, but it had my full name. At the time, I didn't know there were message boards!

My dad wanted to name me Rae because he is Raymond III... even though he already had a boy Raymond before me from a previous marriage. He even gave that name to the hospital, so my mom had to amend it and now I have a weird birth certificate.

When DH and I bought our home a couple of years ago, which was his father's home when he met his mother, we decided to check out the local watering hole. It is a dive bar about 15 minutes walk from our house and is where his parents spent a bit of time. This bar has a tradition that the first time you go there you decorate a dollar bill and it gets stuck to the ceiling. While we couldn't find the IL's dollar, we decided to make one of our own. Since they are the Jacobsons, we decided we'd be the other Jacobsons.

Early on my hubs would call me Jelly and I called him Peanut Butter (PB) Soooo, peanut butter jelly time, like the dancing bananna off of Family Guy I think it was...that stuck. I had my first name initial, middle name initial and maiden name originally - from TheKnot days, but changed it too, just to be safe!

I did the same thing when I signed up for the Knot!  Once I realized I wanted to start posting here, I quickly realized that a name with my first and middle initial and maiden name probably wouldn't be the best idea.  I was impatient to start posting so I came up with the first thing that popped into my head.  I'm Irish and it's like the old song.  The numbers are the numbers of an old address.

Mine is the name of a character from a book that DH read to me one summer during college over Skype every day when we were apart. The number 27 has no significance. Emerald by itself was taken. :P

Mine is because I had to change it during my first pregnancy because my crazy ass sister was following me so I needed something super generic.  But she found me again (sigh) and I just don't care enough to change it.

My SN is from my WOW days. My Main toon name was Sockgnome. When I made my to on name I was kinda going off of South Park (H was addicted to that show). They had the underpants gnome. I just could not do that.
Just Sockgnome was taken so I used my birth year. I tried using my marriage year but it was a no go.

I've had ladybug as a screen name since I was 8! It's just been my go-to...no real story behind it.

I used to use just 88 as my number--I play the piano and their are 88 keys on a piano and one of my favorite college football players was Randy Moss, who was #88! It has stuck.

For some reason sometimes I couldn't get ladybug88 so I started adding the 00 and haven't had a problem since.

It's a SN I've used for a number of years since about grade 10. DH used to write me poems frequently and one had a phrase about sapphire eyes that shimmer. I have always loved sapphires and it just sounded neat. I rarely have a problem with it being taken. Sometimes I have to take a 'p' out or add an underscore.
