Anyone else have the opposite of constipation? I'll eat something and like 10 mins later have to use the restroom. But still somewhat formed... TMI I know but I can't find anythjng else on google.
Yes. I typically don't get constipated when pregnant. It usually actually speeds things up. I go probably 5 times a day. My dr said if you are drinking enough you shouldn't get constipated. I know this isn't the case for everyone.
Only constipated. My understanding, and I could be wrong, is that our digestive system slows down during pregnancy so I'm surprised that you have the opposite problem.
ME! Today and yesterday I've been thinking that I'm popping enough for all the constipated ladies out there! Regular consistency though (ew, i know). I have been on a produce kick though. I'm not worried. Even during pregnancy, I've never been constipated a day in my life.
Does it seem to happen with any particular type of foods. Maybe some lactose intolerance? When I eat any dairy I have that problem and it does come on fast. Definitely talk to your doctor and drink lots of water to prevent dehydration. Hope it gets better soon.
Thank you all for your input. Someone once said I could be allergic to gluten but I love gluten so I can't stop. I do not take a stool softener or anything to help with constipation but I did talk to my doctor and he said oddly that constipation leads to loose stool so I should eat a fiber stick ( forgot the name) he also said if I get diarrhea lasting for longer than a day something in my diet will need to change, but so far just loose stool but very frequently.

Are you taking a stool softener? Double check that it does not contain a laxative, because some do.
Probably just something you ate. Keep your fluids up, get some rest, and if it's not over by tomorrow, I'd call the doc.
Hope it gets better soon.
TMI!
happy to have you ladies!
