Photography pricing question

I want to get DD1's 2 year pictures done professionally - though nothing super fancy.  I was wondering if anyone could tell me what price range to expect.  I have only called and gotten prices from JCP.  She said it would be about $150 for the cd that gives me the rights to the photos and all the photos in high resolution.  Also, there is a $9/person sitting fee.  Does this sound about right?

Thanks!  I was going to get the membership - since the girls are so close, it will cover DD2's 2 yr as well.  :-)  If you don't buy the cd when you get the pic done, can you buy it later?  Bc $60 sounds much better.

We've been using the Picture People. They have groupons for $16 and for $100 you get the cd and a frame with 3 pics. We also bought a year membership so when we take his christening photos on Tueaday the CD is free because it's our 3rd time.

How much is the portrait membership at JCP?  And has anyone tried Target?  How much do they usually run?

JCP is $29.99.  I didn't even think of Target...

Hmm I know you have so many days to order more etc. Also you can of course for a cost do an extension thing where all your pics are available longer but I don't know the details
