It is definatly a pay cut. They made sure to tell me that...if its any more than a $1, then I may have to pass

Its a lower level job class...I am currently level 8, which starts at 16.01 an hour....This is a Level 6 job, which starts at like 12 something. Because I am already an employee, I have been told the most they will cut me is 6%...we shall see. I was honest with them and told them if it was to much of a loss, I could not take the job
