Hi ladies! So I checked in to the hospital at 1:00am and had a bit of a rough start. The nurse blew 2 veins trying to get my IV in and then my oxygen levels dropped so I ended uphaving to wear the mask for a while....but finally around 2:30 I was started on pitocin.
The doctor just broke my water, I am at 4cm and just sitting here waiting to see what happens next! And probably getting the epidural soon....the contractions aren't too bad just yet but I have a feeling now that my water is broken they will definitely intensify!
I will update more later!
***Update 1: I am currently at 6 cm and 100%effaced, just waiting! Thank.you for all the sweet messages!
****Final update: Lucas William born at 1:34pm weighing 9 lbs 9 oz and 21.5 inches long. We are so in love!! Birth story to come.
