Best comb/brush for toddler girls?

DD's hair has gotten quite long and she's been fighting me on brushing it lately. I'm still using the baby comb (with wide tooth and fine tooth sides), but I'm thinking I need to upgrade! Are there any special combs I should be looking at or just a regular wide toothed one will be fine? I use de tangled and it helps but she says it hurts her scalp when I comb.

This brush is seriously the BEST ever! DD hated having her hair brushed until we got it and now she couldn't care less

I've tried a few different brushes and combs. The one I love is the Conair Wet Brush. I use it wet and dry to deal with all sorts of tangles. The girls have unruly hair and they don't complain when I use that one. It's not great for smoothing hair into ponytails or for styling, but awesome for gently getting out knots.

My sister has this one and it's great. The Conair I got at Target is pretty much identical.

Oddly enough, the best brush we have for DD's hair was bought at the dollar store.

We also have the Wet Brush Pro that was linked above.  My stylist recommended it for DD1.  She has really thick hair that is halfway down her back and even with frequent trims and layering, leave-in-conditioner, etc., it would still get really tangled.  There are no more tears in the morning and her hair is super smooth.  It was worth every penny!

People love the Knot Genie but I hate it!! The little bristles are too sharp and if I use it on myself, it feels like it's scratching me. I don't use it on the kids b/c if it hurts me, I figure it must be hurting their little scalps.

I can't second this enough.  I wish I had this when my kids were toddlers.  Best brush ever for kids!!! We have about 4.  

Some Hair Cuttery stores carry them too.
