Hi All! Intro

 Hi guys! I've been lurking around for about a week now so I guess it's time for an intro! I am 25 and my DH is 28, married April '13. Decided wanted to start TTC soon so had my Mirena out and stopped BC Pills (Long story short-my old OB thought it would help my PCOS) 2 weeks ago. So I guess you could say we are NTNP. I am slightly overweight (doc said shouldn't affect fertility but if I want to get it under control I can), and have PCOS (no cysts, just the irregular periods and ovulation). I am just waiting to see when AF will finally make her return-OB says if not within 6 months she will give me something to induce them. But I guess if I get pregnant before that I need to watch signs and symptoms and take a test as I see fit. We are just BDing as we feel like it, no schedule. Hopefully I'm not on here for too long and can graduate to the other boards but with irregular cycles etc I am not getting my hopes up! Has anyone ever experienced getting pregnant after getting off BC but before AF shows up? Side note I have been on the pill for 10 years, they started me on it at age 15 for heavy painful periods, so I don't know my cycles nor do I know if I still have the same problems I did when I was a teen, I am going off of what I know. I love reading your guys posts and feel like you all are the ones I can lean on as I go through this journey as I have no one to talk to about this with (besides my DH, but he's a guy). Have you started charting? It might be helpful with the irregular periods and such. Check out Fertility Friend if you haven't already.

Hi there.

I concieved the first cycle off of BCPs with no AF in between.  I don't know how common or not common that is, so I am not trying to get your hopes up.  Good Luck to you.

Also, this isn't really a board to graduate from, though.  Lots of us aren't TTC or even planning on other kids (like myself).  We just like to talk about babies and TTC and stuff.

Hi...welcome!  I conceived my son after stopping the pill and before AF came.  Like another poster said, I don't know how common that is, but I guess it is possible.  Good luck and I recommend looking at either FF or I like the Ovia app. :-)
