Yesterday was our primary in PA, so I took the kids with me to vote after school. DS was complaining about not wanting to go to vote, then he asked me what voting was. I gave him a brief overview. When we were leaving the polls, I asked him, "So, tell me, why do we vote?" His response: "So we don't have total goofballs in charge!" Awesome. If only that were a guarantee.
