I've been pretty lucky so far in terms of symptoms..no super bad m/s or anything major. At my 12 week appt my doc said usually between 14-16 weeks headaches are the major symptom.
Well Monday night ( rolled over to 14w on Tues) I had the worst headache. I had just gotten home from the gym but attributed it to maybe being tired/hungry/ dehydrated etc. it's now been nonstop throbbing pain since then. It's driving me absolutely bonkers.
Doc said to drink caffeine and take Tylenol but I'm trying to limit those as much as I can. Anyone else experience these or have any other suggestions? Need some relief!

Headaches I started having them last week at 13 weeks, and I found even a few sips of coffee or pop helped. I also found a cold rag on the back of my neck and forehead helped too.
I don't take Tylenol, and I try and limit my coffee intake. My headaches aren't too bad but there are some days where I just want to cry!!
I'm a pharmacist myself, so I'm definitely aware of Fioricet, but will try to stick to the caffeine/tylenol/compresses for now.
Just nice to know I'm not alone in this!
