Bradley Classes

Anyone in Jax taking Bradley classes?  How much do they cost and would you recommend them?

    We took them in Tally and they were $200. My H and I loved the classes and thought we got a lot out of it. I had a excellent birth and was very calm the whole time becuase I knew what to expect and felt prepared with positions/techniques for the pain.

    We're going to our last Bradley class tonight with Cecilia from Birth Your Way Jax, and she is phenomenal. The class runs $300 and meets at Wee Sprout Naturally on San Jose in Jacksonville. Her next class starts July 7th and ends Sept 22, so it is a time commitment. But honestly, I feel like the time has flown by, and I can't believe how much we've learned. I feel like we are SO much more equipped for natural childbirth than we would have been otherwise. Plus, she talks about everything from breastfeeding to exercising during pregnancy, on top of the actual birthing experience. 


    She's literally been teaching Bradley classes for 25 years AND she was a doula, so she knows her stuff more than probably anyone else who teaches the class in town.
