Morning ladies! Just as an FYI, I will most likely be posting this on Tuesdays on a regular basis. I'm now off on Mondays and (would ya believe) it's kind of hard to get to the computer while chasing a toddler everywhere, lol!

Things are good. I'm really loving my new job, and loving the pay even more! I've been able to acheive higher sales amounts at almost every market so far this season as compared to what their sales were last season, so the farmer is happy, and I'm happy. This is going to be a GREAT summer!

We've also finally got our own garden (almost) completely ready. I have some seeds to plant tonight, and we have to finish laying weed mat and mulch in our paths, but other than that, we are in business. It looks great, and in about 6-8 weeks, my food costs will plummet for the summer! ;;)

Milestones- Ben now has 8 teeth all grown in, and 2 molars part way in! He is also now making some animal sounds.

Challenges- Screeching. It's awful, it's loud, and he does it all. The. Time. I am almost to the point where I am tempted to stab myself in the eardrums, just so I don't have to listen to it anymore. He's so lucky he's cute.

Funny/ Cute Story- Our neighbors have dogs that love to bark when people are outside. Being as we have Ben outside pretty much every day now, they are barking at us a lot. This would typically be annoying, however, the incredibly adorable "woof woof" that my son "barks" back at them makes it more than tolerable to hear them bark! He wanders the backyard barking like a dog. He will also do it when we read his book about puppies and kittens. The kittens he lays his head on their picture in the book! 

QOTW- Yes I would go! We'd go to Europe for sure, most likely Switzerland. We can see my grandparents and all my family there, Ben would get to meet his great grandfather, and once in Switzerland, we can easily take a train to Italy, France, etc!

How are things? Are you enjoying the spring weather with your family? Well it's already getting really hot here, but yes, we're enjoying the weather.  The zoo was great this past weekend, but they also have a little splash pad area where I could put Phoebe in a swim diaper and let her cool off.

Milestones? The babbling has really increased, and I think she's really having conversations with her stuffed animals.  The best is when she sees DH walk in the door after work and she yells "Daaaa!".

Challenges? Our biggest challenge is her sleeping.  We do share a bed, and when she wakes up it's not for long, but it's a couple times each night.  Each wake up is crying, until I give her a sippy of milk.  She drinks a bit, then hands me back the cup and rolls over and is immediately back to sleep.  I know I shouldn't complain since it's very minor, but I just dream of those uninterrupted nights.

Cute/Funny stories? She loves facetime now, and it is so cute!  She knows when it's on and comes over to have a look and say Hi to her Nana or JJ (the grandmothers).

Yes, we go and we'll probably head to Hawaii.  While I dread the idea of that long flight with a baby, I think it would be so worth it to see her splashing on the beach and having a fun time.

How are things? Are you enjoying the spring weather with your family? What spring weather? Last week it was 102 on Thursday. Today it is cold (for us) in the 60s. We say CA weather is schizophrenic and it sure has been this week. I'd love it to stay in the mid-upper 70s for a couple of weeks, but that is unlikely.

Milestones? Miss A can sip through a straw from a regular cup! 

Challenges? Still wakes up some nights, cuddles in and goes right back to sleep. She was constipated again this weekend. It was so hot that I think she got dehydrated because she just would not drink water or juice all day Friday,

Cute/Funny stories? Last night we had great fun at dinner. Miss A would knock her sippy cup to the floor, I would catch it and put it right back on the tray. This went on for several minutes and she was laughing so hard. It was funny!

The trouble would be figuring out where because I have so many places on my bucket list. I think I would opt for the South Pacific since there is a LO in tow and she would love the water. Personally, as a history lover, I would love to take DH to Europe but Miss A is not old enough.
