This is my first cycle off bcp's and I naively thought that I'd be one of the lucky ones who's cycle went right back to "normal" seeing as how I'd only ever been on the very low dose pills and the few times I went off them in the past I seemed to regulate quickly. Well, it's now CD21 and still no temp shift. Poop. (I realize this is completely pathetic to be complaining about, but hey.)

On the bright side, I'm so glad I'm temping or I would be waiting to pee on a stick next week thinking I was "late". Plus, we aren't ttc until July, so I have a couple months for things to level out. (Hopefully)

Now can I get some cheese to go with my whine? (

I know you know this, but just wait it out! I temped one month in winter while between BC, and I think I ovulated on CD27.

Sucks.  Like @Jags8 said, just wait it out and try to be patient for now. I wasn't temping when I went off the pill, but my skin and hair did go from normal to completely greasy and a total PITA to deal with pretty much immediately. Hopefully you aren't dealing with that!

Are you having Swiss, cheddar, Edam, or brie today?

I am a late ovulator (days 18-21ish) and I have longer cycles (32-34 days) so I can relate!

Thanks ladies, I was just needing a little pity party this morning. It probably doesn't help that I haven't been laid in a week since we are tta at the moment and I could be ovulating "any day now" lol.
