Induction scheduled for the 21st... whew!!

I will be 39 +3 days along. Visited the Doctor this morning and he said he is worried the passenger may be too large for the passage... which H thought was hilarious. I however, did not. Baby is estimated at 9lb, and I am nearly 3 cm dilated at this appointment. If he does not arrive on his own, I report early Weds. morning for induction. He said my cervix is very favorable and predicts there will be few problems so long as baby is not larger then anticipated. However, after leaving the Dr and having the check I am now contracting mildly, and inconsistently and also having quite a bit of bleeding. With my first DS after my 38 week check I bled like this and returned to have him within 48 hours. So, I am wondering if (and hoping) baby will come on his own tonight or tomorrow. Rushing around to catch up on the things I want to accomplish before baby's arrival. For some reason, I just keep thinking about how we are right on the cusp, will he be a Taurus or a Gemini baby? The anticipation is killing me. :P He is coming soon!!!

    I'm going in on Wednesday as well! I will be 38+4 and dr is concerned with mildly high blood pressure as well as size of baby! YIKES!! Also already dilated to a 3. So excited to finally see my baby girl though! I wish you both a safe and healthy delivery! :)

    I am going in Wednesday evening to get checked for my induction Thursday morning at 41 weeks. Foley bulb if no progression, sent home if some cervix progression has happened.
