Applying for a Job Etiquette

I got a referral to a job last week, so Wednesday I took my resume and applied in person. The manager wasn't busy at the moment, so she interviewed me on the spot.
It went really well, and she spoke as though I had a very good chance at getting the job. She said, "If I don't call you first, call me Friday afternoon. 

I called Friday afternoon. She said, "Let me call you Monday-- we're going to change things around Monday, and I may need you then."

Today is Monday and still no call.

So, Parenting: do I continue pursuing the job, or do I stop before I annoy the piss out of her? I have other options, as it stands.

IME, persistence pays off. At this point, I wouldn't yet worry about annoying the piss out of her. Persistence will show her how much you really want the job and are serious about making it happen.

I would definitely call. Persistence pays, the squeaky wheel gets the grease, there's no I in Team...wait that last one doesn't work. But call.
