What's making you smile this morning?

I'm smiling in anticipation of all the sweet NB pics that will be rolling in this week, and still smiling from the sweet pics shared last week.

I'm also smiling b/c the nursery ladies bragged on DS's language skills Sunday. I always worry that he's not getting as much stimulation b/c he's not around peers as much as a child in DC, so it made me feel good that they could understand him pretty well.

IMMS when MH had E talk to her baby sister yesterday.  She cupped her hands around her mouth, put her mouth up to my belly button, and said "come play baby!"  Precious!

IMMS that even though I never talk about CDs unless asked, I have friends from high school and college who message me about seeing pics of the girls in cloth that I post on FB or Instagram and they want to know more about them.

IMMS that summer is here and MH almost has the camper done. We will hopefully go camping this weekend. Hunter is being a doll. I think he is learning what kisses are. I make the kissing sound and he turns towards me and opens his mouth, I kiss him and he goes back to looking at whatever he was before. My MIL is coming for a week next Saturday. Hopefully we can end up getting some things done around the house with her there to watch the baby.

I took G to the Dr. on Sat. because I thought he might have an ear infection. ( He doesn't, just fluid behind the ear drum that we''re watching.) We seen our Dr.'s partner because she was off that day. First he commented about how gorgeous blue G's eyes are. By the end of the appointment he say "Boy you are such a friendly guy. I wish all my patients were like you." LLOL

DH was working Sat. so it was just me with the two boys during said Dr. visit and all afternoon. D was a huge help. He entertained his brother, he helped me vacuum, was well-behaved in the grocery store. I was so proud and thankful.

1, DS has learned to give kisses, and he loves to kiss baby dolls and the pictures of babies in his books. 

2. It always makes me smile to see the pure joy that he has  to play naked. Such a simple thing that makes him so happy!

I got the house to myself yesterday and I have unearthed the floor in my room. Mommy's clothes are always last in line for the washer.

My IMMS today is that my grandparents surprised me and will be arriving from out of state to visit their newest granddaughter tonight! I'm so excited for my grandmother to smooch on my LO and show her off! This is so special to me because my grandparents are getting up there in age and their health isn't the best lately so it means the world to me that they get to spend a week with my DD

I got a free coffee today. ~O)

And yesterday M got to really rub and love on a horse at the farm next to us. I'm SO excited to get back to horseback riding and horse life...knowing how much M already loves them

IMMS that L has figured out how to sit up! She went from being super wobbly and toppling over in 5 seconds to being able to sit without falling over for several minutes at a time, since Saturday. On the other hand, I'm terrified at the possibility of a mobile baby very soon!

I have been getting free coffees all month with my Panera card. It has a free daily coffee on it for all of May.

DS will bark like a dog. He will hear a dog barking outside, and go "buh buh". We ask him if we have a doggy (we don't), and he will bark. Today, he grabbed his little dog pull toy, and barked.

We had a rough start to L's first flight, but it made me smile that he slept through the hour flight. The rough start involved me trying to give him a pouch of food. He grabbed it with a death grip. So I was holding him and the pouch trying to stop the eruption of food. I called for DH's help, but it was too late. We ended up with spinach, peas, and pears all over us. I am thankful for the disposable wipes that we brought and that DH got more puree on him than me.

M just gave me his first unsolicited kiss!! He was nursing to sleep, lifted his head up, smiled at me and then put his mouth on mine. And giggled.

DS now asks me for multiple kisses when I'm putting him to bed.  I think it's mostly a stalling tactic, but it's freaking adorable and I love it.
