Ugh- Tot Spot closed for construction!

I was going to take Rena next week and get a membership for this year. I was looking on the website for more info and they are closed until March 14! I'm so bummed. But it sounds like they're making it bigger and better. Just FYI in case anyone was planning to go soon.

For REAL??? WTH!!!!  They should consider relocating it for the interim.  That's annoying as anything.  I have 2 memberships now...yes, Amelia as given a second one for Christmas and now for 2 months out of our 1 year membership we have nothing to do there.  Awesome.  One of my girlfriends knows the lady that runs the Tot Spot...must shoot her an email and ask what's up.

What a bummer! That's a reliable go-to place for our playgroup! Hopefully it will be worth it...

they just opened the huge expansion to the murseum and now they are redoing the tot spot. it is going to be way bigger and better, so i think it will be worth the wait. at least they didn't close it for the whole expansion...

Ditto!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!! It's going to be fantastic!!!!!!!!!

And Kelley, even though she's small, if you take Amelia on a weekday, I think there are elements in the "main" part of the museum that she'd enjoy. Kendall has loved the chicken/cow & grocery areas since as long as I can remember. There's also a baby friendly area back behind the stock market board...in the room with the computers. And the outside area is a lot of fun to just run around in.

YAY!  I couldn't get that link to work earlier today so I was mad, mad, mad.  Amelia and I haven't been able to go in a while and I was going to take her a few times this week.  I am glad it's going to be bigger and better and I have no doubt that it will be worth the wait. 

Kelly - Honestly I didn't know that there were other areas she'd enjoy.  YAY!  She's walking so I am certain there's a whole new world at the museum for her to enjoy.  Thanks for letting me know!

Kat - thanks for the working link.  I looked on their site earlier today and couldn't get the link to work.
