diaper rash?

What do you do/use for Diaper rash? 

DD has always been on the constipated side so we had no experience with diaper rash until DS came along.  He is the opposite with very very loose/watery stools and his poor little tush is struggling! We've had to switch to biodegradables for now because the only cloth diaper cream I felt safe with got too old from lack of use and we threw it away because some kind of mold was growing on it before DS came along...

Grandma El's and Waxelene are probably the most recommended for an actual rash that needs to heal. For general redness or preventing redness people around here use a variety of things. Coconut oil is probably at the top of the list. Other populars include CJ's, Grovia Magic Stick, and Earth Mama Angel Baby. What others am I missing ladies?

I love Grandma El's. We have had to put DD in disposables with desitin a few times, but usually not more than a day.

Thanks! I think Earth Mama Angel Baby was the one we had but I will order some Grandma El's!

Baking soda baths are also great for taking the sting out of diaper rash, if he is old enough to have a little soak time in the tub.
