9 Months and No Sleep

Well here it goes again. We have reached the nine month mark and LO still isn't sleeping. By still isn't I mean he's nine months and HAS NEVER slept without waking at least twice a night. I have read all the books, tried all the homeopathic remedies, consulted multiple pediatricians, and even tried CIO (he laid there for 3.5 hours screaming before I caved). Now what??
