possibly off topic but looking for signature help pls!!

i went to that signature creator and put in the birthdates of my two kids and copied and pasted into an email draft. then i put in due date for #3 and copied and pasted that. then i copied/pasted all three into the signature creator, and all that shows up is the html. i also copied/pasted both types that it generated, but neither worked. if anyone has any insight or can direct me to the proper forum, i'd be super appreciative! the code doesn't really look right to me, but i'm no expert. tia!

I had the same problem earlier today. The bump code is not intuitive IMO. 

Use the <> box (the arrows are red in a white box) before and after the code. Use the HTML code (the first option bump tickers give you). Then push the <> box again.
