Seroquel and TTC

I was unable to locate the discussion board for being on meds while TTC so I'm putting myself out here. Doc just put me on Seroquel and seems to be working as I am sensitive to meds but do need something. Had anyone had experience with being on it while trying and or being pregnant? Thx

    Most psychotropic meds are dangerous during pregnancy. Some are "safer" than others (e.g. less reported birth defects) but they are all toxic at some level. I have not heard of them affecting fertility, just the dangers to the fetus while pregnant.

    No, sorry. But, I do know from second hand experience that there's a cost/benefit analysis that needs to be done and that the exact medication and dosage change the risks a great deal. I would recommend calling your OB/Gyn for a consult as they often have the best information.

    I should be ovulating in about a week and seeing my OB before that. I am going to weigh all of my options as I just fell and fractured my finger and am in a splint now for a few weeks
