Baby carrier/sling/wrap preference

What was everyone's preference and why? There are so many options..k'tans, boba, bjorn...I want something that can be used for a while, supports the baby and his weight while growing, and comfortable for us both. I have NEVER used a carrier, FTM!

Also, the ones with sizing are confusing. How well do they still fit when the baby is 35 lbs.?
