AW First purchases for LO

I have been so cautious about buying gifts or anything for LO. Today I was in TJ Maxx and spotted a whole section of books that I have always loved as a child but on sale for $5 or $6 a piece! I was so excited about the price that I bought a few. I didn't even over think it which is what I always do. I bought Brown Bear Brown Bear, what do you see, Goodnight Moon and the Very Hungry Caterpillar. I Figured I would start the library early because I hope LO will be a bookworm like me someday.I also bought oh the places you will go in Utero from amazon today. I think I am going to start reading to LO soon. Lol. What have you purchased for your LO so far?

Yay for great deals!

I ordered a couple outfits from Zulily (such good sales); got some organic cotton yoga pants and a Christmas themed blanket/onesie set. And today, I ordered SO's father's day gift. He's a big Star Trek Enterprise fan, and I a found matching "Starfleet Academy" t-shirt for him and onesie for the baby.

I just bought Sprout his/her first gift... I got The Giving Tree. Barnes & Nobles was having a sale on it so I got it.

One of my girlfriends just gave me Oh Baby the Places You'll Go, and it is so cute!

How awesome!!! Early literacy is so important. You can never start too early Love the ones you chose too!

That's exciting! I also made my first baby purchase this week, a blanket sleeper/swaddler and some cute footed pjs. It's nice to be excited and not have the pgal fear stop you, isn't it :-)

I honestly didn't notice what I was doing until I was at the register but I am glad I finally did something :-)

I definitely still get pgal brain but I have been trying to think positive and be confident that things will be okay. I love footy PJs

Oh me too for sure! I just meant it's nice to be at a point where I can start to do some of the fun stuff and actually enjoy it without still thinking, must buy nothing or I will jinx it!
