My brothers 16th B-day- obv nbr

My little baby brother is turning 16 May 22nd and I have no clue what to get him. Do boys care as much about getting special gifts on their 16th as much as girls do?

I'm big on making special memories with people for special occasions so then I was thinking we could take him somewhere. NYC, Boston etc.

Do you ladies have any other ideas?

Married 8/6/2011 Me (26) DH (33) SA normal,HSG clear TTC since August 2011 7/2012 50mg Clomid+Trigger+IUI+progesterone =BFN 8/2012 100mg Clomid+estrogen+Trigger+IUI+progestrone=BFN 10/2012 100mg clomid+Gonal+Lupron+Trigger+Progestrone+IUI=BFP but ectopic.

    I think it depends on the boy :)

    Maybe a watch? With something engraved? I think a trip sounds like a great idea though!

    My brother just turned 16! It's so weird. He's so old now :( A trip would be fun.. maybe one he can drive like up a coast or something? I got my brother a gas card lol I'm not the creative type! Good luck!

    IUI #2 February - Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel: BFP 1st beta-25, 2nd beta-56, 3rd beta-45, miscarriage
    IUI #3 April - CD3 U/S 4-10. Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel CD11 - Cancelled.. TI w/5 follicles-BFN
    IUI #3.1 May - CD3 U/S 5-6, Follistim start 5-11 thru 5-17, u/s 5-18 3 mature w/ a close 4th, IUI 5-20 - BFP!
                 Beta #1 12dpo - 164 & progesterone - 89!, Beta #2 16 dpo - 1189, 5w3d - u/s shows TWINS!
                 6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
                 7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
                 7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!

    Will he have a car? Get him a gift card for gas or to autozone/pep boys/etc. I like the idea of a trip, but make it a road trip. He will probably want to drive (if he has his license and your insurance can cover it) at least a little.

    I took my bro to DC just the two of us to see the sights for a couple days around his 12th birthday, and my sis got Montreal. Those are probably still my best memories with each of them. I love your idea of travel!!
