My first OB appointment is on Monday. From what I gather it's just an information session and they'll take a ton of blood. I should find out when I can come back for an ultrasound at the appointment. I'm a little freaked out that we can't have an ultrasound, but I have to learn to be patient.
QOTW: We have told our parents and some of our friends and family. We told the folks that we thought would be able to keep it secret.
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!
I'm 11w6d and feeling better and better. The nausea is still there, just not as much as a few weeks ago so I'll take it. My next appointment is on the 29th, which can't come quick enough. No u/s but I'm anxious to hear the hb again.
QOTW: We have told our immediate families, my best friend and a girlfriend at work. We will see a lot of DH's extended family this weekend so I think we'll tell them then. And the rest of the world will know around memorial day weekend when I'll be 13w. Almost out of the 1st tri!!

WoW!!! I seriously can't believe this is my last 1st tri check in either! Currently 13w5d. Like others said, I'm super glad the EXTREME exhaustion is starting to fade. We have our 2nd "official" OB appointment next week, although we've been there 2 other times due to some spotting and an awesome bladder infection. Fun stuff.
QOTW- We're pretty much "out" with our family and friends. We are not going to make a FB post, as we don't feel that anyone not in our direct circle really needs to know.

N14 Nov. Siggy: CELEBRATION!
QOTW: everyone knows lol. My mom had a hard time keeping it quiet on her end, which was fine as I told a handful of people also.
Hi ladies! Congrats to all of the ladies moving on to 2nd tri! I can't wait to make that milestone and be that much closer to meeting these babies!
Our 2nd u/s is on Monday. I'm nervous that everything is okay, but I think I just need to stop worrying about every little thing. I'm not sure how I'll accomplish that! I'm officially down to 2 pairs of pants/skirts that fit. I wasn't going to let myself get maternity clothes until after our next u/s, but I either got new clothes or went to work without pants 3 days next week! My coworkers will be appreciative that I just went for the new clothes idea! I felt like a fraud when I was shopping. Weird because when I looked in the mirror, I look pregnant. It was like I was looking at someone else!
QOTD: MH's parents and my parents know, along with a coworker who covers my class so I can pee every freaking hour know. But, that's it at this point. We'll tell DS if our u/s is good on Monday, then we'll slowly start telling our close friends. This is going to be really hard to hide!
ttc #2 since 2004 Me (35): Stage 3 Endo, DH (34): High DNA Frag

Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks
It's a GIRL!!!
My Blog
My EDD is 23rd of November, sorry forgot before! 1 baby,
QOTD: my parents knew all the updates the whole way through our cycle. Had to have a friend watch our son so we could do the egg retrieval so she knew we were cycling and it didn't feel right not telling her when she asked. They my parents told my brothers when we were about 9 weeks as they were figuring it out & asking questions. I've told one person at work, my husband has told his colleagues. Haven't told the inlaws yet & in rush to AT ALL. Yeah I know that's terrible!
I am nervous because I am having a TAC (abdominal cerclage) placed on Monday because of my IC. We opted not to get a TVC (vaginal cerclage) after talking with and being examined by our RE and MFM and being told I have a very short cervix, so a vaginal cerclage would be more of a gamble than we are willing to take. Any positive thoughts anyone has to spare are appreciated.
We have told my parents and sisters because they all knew we were going through another IVF cycle. We aren't planning to tell anyone else until it becomes obvious or they ask, including Dh's mom. She is a huge talker and very social, and hounded us all the time during my last pregnancy asking when she could tell. So we are avoiding that by not telling *her*, lol.
I hope everyone is doing well, and that you all have a wonderful weekend

We started a blog to keep everyone informed and they know to read the blog and not ask questions as we go through this process.

was right on track at 6wk HB 125 and the
other is one day behind with HB 97, I was
concerned about that HB being a little low
but my RE said he isn't concerned at all
because it's just getting started and its
normal for one twin to be a little behind, so
I'm paying that baby b will keep growing
strong. It's pretty unreal to me at this point
that I actually have two little heartbeats
inside of me but I'm sure that this won't
actually sink in until a little later! But for now
I thank the Lord that everything is going
great so far. I won't have another u/s until 8wks so that feels like forever away! DH and I are going to the beach for the weekend so I'm looking forward to the break from everything! My RE got some zofran ordered for me so I'm hoping I'm able to fully enjoy our little getaway :-)
Our immediate family and a couple close friends that know about our IF know about this preg and the management at my work know, I think I'm going to wait a couple more weeks before telling more ppl but I'm sure it's not going to take long for my MIL to announce this to the treat of DH's family! Ive had some pretty strong nausea and thrown up once so far, other than that my boobs are just really really sore and swollen, which is fine by me since I don't have much to begin with :-)
