pumping question

So I forgot to bring my pump supplies to work.  Will my supply go down a lot if I don't pump all day?

You can hand express for some relief if you need it.

I did that once.  I ended up hand expressing into a cup and storing the milk in a water bottle.  I did it at my normal pumping times.  I ended up getting 7 total ounces that day just from hand expressing.  Thought that was impressive, lol.

I have had to skip a work days before and as long as its not all the time it won't have any affect on your supply. Depending on your pump, I did that once and ended up running to target and picking up another set. The sad thing was I already had four or five sets already, but that only works if you have your pump. I've also heard that picking up a cheap manual pump is great to keep on hand for these times. Like PP said, hand express! Even if you don't have anything that you are comfortable storing it in for later conaumption, you will at least be more comfortable and won't miss that day of production!
