They're the only thing that could hold my bun of death. And my husband uses them for his long, frizzy hair. But sedate ones only, please. No crazy stuff.
I never stopped wearing scrunchies. Most of mine are slimmer and less poofy than the traditional scrunchie. They are much gentler on my fine hair than other types of hairbands.

I am using a scrunchie right now! It's great to keep my hair from breaking while my pp hair loss grows out.
