Admitted to L&D update

So, I went to my OB's office this morning for routine GD check in and NST. I mentioned I've been having a lot of swelling the past few days in my legs/feet. My BP was up (148/98) so they sent me to L&D for further eval. BPP was great, little guy looks good on monitors. My BP has come down and labs are ok. However... I'm admitted to keep an eye on me, doing 24-hour urine to check protein levels, as well as to start me on insulin. So, they said to anticipate staying at least until Saturday.

*Update*

BP has been good, lab work is good, and baby looks good. Endocrinology came by and said my blood sugars are good and so I get to go home as soon as I am done with my 24hour urine! :-) Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers! :-)

Good luck! I hope your BP stays down and your 24 hour test comes back good (I started one today it's no fun)
