Help Needed to Create a New Badge for October Mamas!

I know that we have several crafty and tech savvy mamas on here that can hook us up.

We would like a badge about our kangiraptor.  If you can make one it would make a bunch of us really happy!

I'm playing around with a few ideas now.  Whilst I clearly ignore my paying job.  

What size?  200 px too much?

Well since we are all expecting them in October I think so!  Something along the lines of "Baby Kangiraptor Boom  Coming October 2014"...or something like that but I am not the most creative person so the floor is open for better ideas!
