I do not like the W.Watchers Point Plus plan. as I've said in the past I felt like I was eating more points than I was food. I've done some research and found a link for the Momentum Point Calculator and activity points, plus I found a spreadsheet that someone made and has made downloadable. Oh and the quiz to figure out how many points you get daily.

Now the spreadsheet doesn't include a calculation for activity points, but I improvised and just added the points in myself.
