DH got the job!!!!!!! It comes with a huge pay increase, benefits start the month after his hire date, and insurance will cover 95% for the whole family. But the best part??? His new schedule will be 8:30 - 5! We will actually get to see him every night and do dinner as a family. He will get to enjoy his days off instead of being worried he will somehow get in trouble for it.
