Anyone else about to have Baby #3 and have nothing ready for the arrival?

I have basically been so busy with my boys that I have been putting off any prep for Baby #3. Plus, he is a huge shock to us as I was not able to get pregnant before without IVF SO, I gave away all of my maternity clothes and most baby things. I keep telling myself to calm down. We have a co-sleeper, breast pump, box of diapers, onsies, sleepers...changing table...what exactly am I freaking out for?

But still...it lingers. 

Anyone else not prepared?

Baby boy number 3 for me and nothing ready but we are also in the midst of a home Reno and still not living at home. Our little guy was also a surprise in that we were seeing if we could get pg without treatment too but not expecting much and we are pg!

Everyone asks if I am ready for this baby and my answer is always no.  I have diapers, I washed and folded neutral stuff last night...and that's about it.  The car seat isn't installed, the pack and play not set up, my DD is still in the bedroom we'll use for the nursery.  I am not too stressed about it.  We're also going through some home renos/projects (new appliances, some landscaping, painting, furniture) so that takes up most of our "spare" time and attention besides work and 2 kids.  I always say boobs, diapers, and a carseat are all a newborn really needs.

i have her room mostly ready only because the crib and changing tables needed to be moved out of dd#1's room. i kind of figure we have everything or can get it once she is here. i am feeling very lazy about the whole thing. 

i joke that not drinking this go round has been so tough with the two maniacs i chase around at dinnertime daily that my hospital bag for this one will be insulated. she can come home in the hospital issued onesie and diapers. hahaha.

This is our 4th baby in 6 years.  If you came to my house today, you'd have no clue we're having a baby in 7 weeks.  We PT our youngest a few months ago so I just left the cloth diapers and changing table as is so I can officially say I'm ready.  We bedshare for the first 7-8 months so there's no rush to get a room ready since I know from past experience it will sit vacant all that time (I think the bed rail is still under my bed from the last child but that takes a few minutes to put up).  Although we are "team green" we have a boy and 2 girls now so there's no need to rush for cloths.  I have to admit, this is probably the most laid back pregnancy I've ever had and I'm really enjoying it!

Baby #2 due in 5 weeks... You can barely open the door to the nursery lol we've just been throwing everything in there, definitely not ready yet!!

I'm due in less than 3 weeks and yeah…haven't really done much!  Finally got some sleepers and onesies this week and a car seat today.

Baby #3 is due next week and we're putting our place on the market sometime in the next month so I was expecting her to come early so I ordered diapers and pulled the clothes from storage. She's now later than expected and instead of not having anything done I'm overly prepared with her clothes washed and folded and my bag packed. #1 and #2 were both 10 days early so I don't know what to do with myself now.

For us it's another girl, we have everything at this point, it's just all in totes and boxes. I have to start getting the nursery together. We are finally painting this weekend, just got the crib and dresser put together this week and we bought the bedding. But I still have a lot of organizing, laundering and putting stuff away to do. Totally slacking with this one.

We have stuff but its all in storage. Were also in the middle of some home reno's but MH told me they will be done by the end of June. I'm not stressing about it but I have a feeling if its not done by June I will start stressing a little. But likes other mentioned we have a place for baby to sleep, boobs, car seat and some clothes.

We are waiting on number 4 and just moved LO#3 to her big girl room...which means nursery is in shambles...and we have no plan to get it together anytime soon. Swing and RNP are tucked away in the corner in living room...bottles are still in their box and newborn clothes are folded neatly on top of our armoire...and I'm totally fine with all this...definitely learned what is truly necessary to have ready when baby is born.

10 weeks till #4 & nothing is ready, including a name lol i have a vague knowledge of where everything is tho!

I was joking with my Dr this month that with baby #1 I had everything set up, washed & ready by about 6mt pg. This time I'm a little like "well we'll get enough diapers from the hospital to get us home & thru the first night or so b4 we'll have to go to the store..." LOL

#3 and team green, we have a small pile of neutral outfits, a pack n play for our room and a car seat.  I plan to start picking up some newborn diapers soon, and I have a full stash of cloth if I can get myself to get back into it. 

I was really excited to wait to find out the sex, but with being the third and not knowing, I feel like I am doing a terrible job preparing.  The bonus is that at least this time around, I know for sure how little babies actually need.

yes!! I find that I do happen to have a strong nesting thing going on, but not about baby stuff! I'm just clearing closets & throwing stuff out. I did buy a bunch of newborn cloth diapers but I won't even have a real place for this one to sleep til my SIL bring over this bassinet thing this week,, at 39 weeks! I do feel prepared though,,, and also happy to have these final few days before it's baby chaos again,,,,
