Ergo 360- anyone try it yet?

I love my ergo (constant use for 4 yrs). My 5 month old doesn't love it as much... I think she'd love forward facing. Is an ergo 360 worth it? Is it a hassle to switch back & forth? Is there a better option?

Can't you also do a hip carry in an ergo? I seem to recall seeing that on the youtubes.
