separation anxiety.. maybe?

My LO is 23 weeks and the past week she has not been sleeping good at all. Getting up every 2 or 3 hours and last night she got up every hour and half! Whenever i leave she starts crying. I watch her 4 days a week and my husband watches her the other 3. He says that she has done nothing but cry and scream at him when i leave. I am almost positive that she is teething but could the crying for the hubby be the start of separation anxiety? She doesnt act like that when it is just me and her or the 3 of us together.
