Hair-trigger upchuck reflex??? TMI

So TMI in advance, but is anyone else having a really quick throw-up relex well into their 2nd tri?  I didn't have one in 1st tri but now for the past week, on three different occassions (and now at work 5 mins ago) when I cough or burp I get a mini throw-up.  It's as lovely as it sounds and not great during a meeting.  I haven't been eating or drinking more than usual so its not like there is a ton of stuff in my stomach that should be on the ready.

YES I do! So gross. But I also have reflux

Hm. I don't think I have reflux - would I know specifically or is it something that this reflex is already telling me must be there?  It also has started happening when I brush my tongue (after my teeth) at night.  Not in the morning, just at night.

You would know if you have reflux. I've had it well before pregnancy. But what you're saying isn't abnormal. My SIL threw up every time she brushed her teeth up until she gave birth to my nephew.

Okay thanks - I feel like I knew about this being a first tri thing, but that it started at this point, and with just so much as a cough was odd.  It's definitely becoming a problem but I'm not sure there is any resolution except giving birth - haha.  How gross.

Yep, I vomit all the time. It's gross especially when it is in the car. I have bags and Zofran with me all the time!
