Middle name / Nickname?

We've been planning to name our baby boy Ryan Michael, Michael as a MN has some family significance. But . . I really like the nickname of RJ, which to me means his middle name should start with a J. This question may be ridiculous but how can I swing the RJ nickname when he has no J!? Your thoughts and recommendations are much appreciated, thanks!
