Oh Em Gee!! You are so awesome!! The diapers are ADORABLE! E is in love with the star crayons. And the inserts are so soft, I want to rub my cheek on them while I sleep.

Oh! And the bag! Is it a wet bag or just a bag? Either way E has claimed it as hers, and loves it. She is obsessed with purses and that is her new favorite.

But you have me stumped... What is in the jar that smells like coffee?

Yay! The bag is just a regular bag for E, and the coffee jar is a coffee body scrub. It works great on helping to fad stretch marks quicker, or if you have spots that are cellulite prone it helps tighten and minimize the appearance.

@Mandmeesh this is what happens when you trust the ITK with your address when she has an open invite for mail surprises on the boards.... You just get it super late because I have no energy lately. Surprise Package #2 is in construction now.

Oh and TJ because. I forgot to include the note, the inserts in the diapers snap in, so you can remove them or leave them on when drying, but there are two insert snap settings for the different rise settings, and you use the back snap for the higher rise.

I hope I'm making sense haha.

That's so awesome, ITK! I LOVE the diapers.  Anything special you have to do for the star crayons?  Do you put all the colors in at once or one at a time and let them dry before adding more?  I want to make some.

Unwrap the crayons and break them up into a silicone mold that you place on top of a metal baking tray (btw the crayons never really come off, so you have to buy a mold that will only be used for this... I like the stars because they have good points to color with)

Fill the mold (I usually fill it around 3/4 of the way because too much less and the crayons will break when a toddler is using them) with the colors you want for the crayon then put them in the oven at 150-170 or whatever the lowest setting on your oven is. After a couple of minutes, get impatient and increase the oven temp to 200. 

Keep an eye on them, you want to take them out right as the last solid crayon shape melts, otherwise the colors start to run together too much and get muddy looking. Forget them in the oven and rush back because they've gotta be ruined by now, and take them out. 

I let them sit on the counter for about three minutes, then pop the tray into my freezer for 10-15 minutes. When I either didn't wait before the freezer, or let them cool completely on the counter they were much more prone to cracks. Take them out of the freezer and let them get to room temp, then carefully loosen the mold from the crayon and pop it out.

I don't share my actual recipe for it because I may eventually sell it and it's been through quite a bit of tweaking already, but the ingredient that is most active in the fading is the coffee grinds, so you can google a DIY coffee sugar scrub recipe for similar results. When you apply it, you're supposed to rub for a few minutes in gentle circles over problem areas for the best results.

ETA you can use brewed coffee grounds to be frugal, but fresh coffee grounds work better and have better results.

Also, when you take the tray out try to keep the tray as even and steady as possible so the colors don't bleed together.

I find using some dark crayons and some light crayons gives the best visual effect.

They're the same as the rumors.

I made some separate, different inserts for some NB diapers TJ has.

That makes me so happy! Did they draw well? Some of mine have started out weirdly waxy, so I just nipped the corner with a knife and then they started coloring easier.

She doesn't quite get how to hold them yet, so she palms it. They are coloring fine though!
