Hey ladies!! So my work has been bringing in a nutritionist every so often for us to make appointments with, and I finally decided to go for it! I've always been interested in seeing one, and seeing what they have to say, but now that I'm scheduled I'm not really sure what I want to ask!?!
I do want to tell her that I am looking for suggestions on a better 'fertility diet', but I'm also interest in overall better eating suggestions. I thought I'd see if any of you have seen a nutritionist before, and/or if you have any good questions to ask!
Thanks in advance! I can let you know what she says if you have interest!

If you have PCOS or some medical problem it would be a good time to talk about foods you may have to avoid. Otherwise maybe you can just focus on what you may need to make your body as healthy as possible.
I saw a nutritionist a few months ago to see if there was anything I could do to improve the awful refined-carb-heavy diet I have with Crohn's (can't eat fiber and residue). I was expecting some kind of miracle solution, but unfortunately she couldn't really help much, except to reassure me that the weight and body shape changes are just normal and not my fault, and to give me really good detailed advice on how to slowly reintroduce new foods and see if I tolerate them.
I never thought about seeing her again now that I'm getting treatment for IF, but it sounds like a great idea! If I did, I would ask about keeping down the bloat and keep up my mood!
