1st OB appointment today- nothing to report

They wouldn't give me an ultrasound, saying insurance wouldn't cover as it's not medically indicated. (I had one at the RE's office 2 weeks ago and everything looked good). I even told her that I had a small SCH according to the last US report. Nope.

They just took a lot of blood and did a pap since I'm due for one. I'll have my NT scan in 3 weeks.

I guess no news is good news? Gotta get used to being a regular OB patient. I was so spoiled at the RE's office.

IVF cycle 1 (Nov 2013)- freeze all d/t OHSS
FET #1-BFN
FET #2-BFP baby girl born Dec 2014
FET #3-Sept 2017 BFP but miscarried at 6 weeks

IVF cycle 2 (Oct 2017)- freeze all again d/t OHSS
FET #1 BPF, pregnant with a singleton due Sept 2018

    OB appointments take some getting used to after being spoiled at the RE! I elected for cell free DNA testing and they wouldn't do that with the NT, so I had a long wait between my last u/s at the RE's and my a/s. At your next appointment they will likely listen for the heartbeat, so that is always fun!
