It's going to be closer to 100 degrees today. Pasta salad for dinner. Any dressing recipes you guys have to share? Thinking artichoke hearts sun dried tomatoes peas in the salad.

Plain olive oil or a flavoured oil might be nice - I like roasted onion and basil camelina oil.

My go to is olive oil, champagne vinegar, lemon juice, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper.  Delicious on almost all salads.

I always like OO + Balsamic, a tablespoon of dijon mustard, salt and pepper, and sometimes a touch of garlic. Be careful not to overdo the balsamic or that's all you'll taste.

Balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and maybe a little romano cheese.  Crushed red pepper.
