A NN, if one is to happen, can just happen organically. DD's NN is Little or Monk (short for monkey, which was also DH's NN)

I agree that the name combo looks odd. I cannot really place why...
Siobhan is a great name. I know quite a few, and while some are called Shiv at times I've never known any one to use it as an 'official' nickname, and you would never see it written down or being used exclusively as you might another nickname (for example Jim for James, or whatever).
