Repeat SA results, so relieved!!

I was hoping the results would come back today, so I wouldn't be at work for bad news.  I was a wreck when I was trying to get through my shift after we got the first test back.  I also wasn't sure if it would take longer because they needed to do a culture due to high WBC count on the first test.  So this is what we got:

Volume: a lil low (no number given), but RE not concerned
Count: 102.5 million ( was 37 million)
Morph 4% (was 2.5%)
Motility 52% (was 43%)
Culture was negative (last WBC count was over a million)

So, now, I stop BCP and my lovenox injections on Saturday and wait for AF!!  I will be out of town Saturday-Thursday, and AF usually shows up around Wed-Thurs when I'm on BCP, so I should be going in most likely on Friday for CD3 U/S and labs, and then I get to start my 1st clomid + HCG + IUI cycle!!!  I do have to get a repeat Rubella titer done, so there is a chance that could screw me since my body doesn't seem to like to hang out to the immunity to it, but I know they checked it once already, and it was fine.  They just want to check it one more time since he's extra cautious time wise (likes 3 months versus CDC's recommended 28 days).

I'm so relieved!!  I would have been a mess if these results came back the same or worse as the first test.

 Clomid 150mg + HCG + IUI #1 May/June 2014 (BFN)

Femara 2.5mg + Estrace + HCG + IUI #3 Cancelled d/t no response
Moving on to IVF with ICSI after break to lose weight.

    YAYYY! Today must have been the day of awesome miraculous surprising SA results! My DH's results came in today and they also increased, no idea why. Congrats!!

    IUI #2 February - Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel: BFP 1st beta-25, 2nd beta-56, 3rd beta-45, miscarriage
    IUI #3 April - CD3 U/S 4-10. Letrozole, Follistim, Ovidrel CD11 - Cancelled.. TI w/5 follicles-BFN
    IUI #3.1 May - CD3 U/S 5-6, Follistim start 5-11 thru 5-17, u/s 5-18 3 mature w/ a close 4th, IUI 5-20 - BFP!
                 Beta #1 12dpo - 164 & progesterone - 89!, Beta #2 16 dpo - 1189, 5w3d - u/s shows TWINS!
                 6/19- u/s showed heartbeats! Baby A 111 & Baby B 118, both measuring 6w1d
                 7/3- Baby A hb 170, Baby B hb 166 - both measuring perfect.
                 7/18 - Baby A 165, Baby B 171 - both measuring right on track & moving all around!

    March 2014 - RE appt. 
    April 2014- Saline sono all's good, terrible SA results - 8 sperm found all abnormal
    May 2014- Fert Urology- Bilateral varicoceles, recommend Donor Sperm
    12/2014-  Surprise natural BFP  EDD 7/31/15 Plan:  Starting foster to adoption, natural cycles

    IVF #1- November- Antagonist protocol: 11/1: start stims, 200iu of Follistim; 11/12 ER 17R/14M/14F; 11/17 5 day transfer of two blasts, 2 blasts and 2 expanding morulas frozen; 11/22 BFP!! (On FRER at 5dp5dt)
    Betas: 9dp5dt 205, 11dp5dt 497, 14dp5dt 1,709
    u/s at 5w0d- 1 sac; u/s at 6w0d 1 baby with heartbeat, another sac without a heartbeat

    Treatment starting July '14: Letrozole + Trigger + TI
    Surprise natural BFP right before starting meds!!!!!- EDD 3/7/15

    Awesome! Did DH do anything different to get such great results the second time around? Like vitamins?
    Me: +35 DH: +35
    TTC: Since January 2013 
    DX: PCOS. Severe Endometriosis, Unicornuate Uterus w/only left tube and left ovary, Pedunculated fibroid (on the outside of uterus) and Anovulation. All conditions diagnosed 8/13
    TX: Metformin
    DH DX: MFI - low morphology, low motility
    Ultrasound shows both kidneys in spite of UU. 
    HSG showed clear tube on the left side. 
    Lap Surgery performed 1/9/14 to remove fibroid and endo (Stage 3)
    • IUI# 1 June 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 13: BFN
    • IUI#2  July 2014 started 100 mg of Clomid - 7dpiui Progesterone: 5.75: BFN
    • Natural Cycle - so shocked to be in 2WW - 7dpo Progesterone: 15.5: BFN
    • Working with new RE starting injectables in late August.
    • IUI #3 August 2014  w/ Menopur: BFN
    • Finally ovulating on my own!!
    Waiting to start IVF hopefully

    No, nothing different.  Even if he had started on supplements, we only had about a week from when we got his first results to when he had to go in for the repeat test, so it wouldn't have been enough time to make a difference.
