DS barely eats any meat and very little veggies so I'm wondering if we should start giving him a vitamin? Do any of you give your LOs vitamins, and if so what kind?
Yes. Because she is your standard 2yr old picky eater, the doc suggested it. We do the Walmart brand of Flinstone type vitamins. No need for anything expensive or fancy. I cut a bunch in half to make mornings easier as she only needs a half of one until she is 4.

Yes. I give DS the Lil Critters Gummy Vites which are the kids gummy vitamins. I take the adult version because I can't stomach regular pill-form vitamins.

I was wondering the same thing, because DD doesn't really like to eat meat either. But after looking into it, I saw that new research was released in January which showed that many kids vitamins have levels that are higher than the daily recommendations, which could be a problem with certain vitamins.

I like the idea of maybe only giving a vitamin 2-3x per week. We'll be talking about this with our pedi on our next visit.
