positive or evap?

Hey everyone.
I need help. I took a test today and it was totally blank. No lines at all on either side so I threw it in the bathroom cup bored. Anyway an hour later I came back to throw it out and found 2 pink lines. I'm planning on retesting but LO is still sleeping and I have googled evap lines till I have pink lines in my eyeballs. Love to know what you all think

I'd take another test. If it took that long to show up, it may just be evap.

If you didn't see anything in the time frame (usually 10 min or less) the test is invalid. Try again tomorrow-- GL.

Nothing at all appeared in the first 8 mins give or take. I didn't really time it but assumed it was invalid so threw it in the cupboard a little peeved. I didn't expect to see anything when I went back to it so was shocked with the 2 lines but I'll test again and let you all know. Thanks for your help all

I would stop googling and just test again in the morning. it could be the real thing or it might not. Test in the morning go from there.

I know the old "anything outside of the time frame = evap" rule, but I think that test is a +. I have never ever seen an evap that strongly positive, esp after only an hour. Pee doesn't evaporate THAT quickly, lol.

That said, you're still going to need to test again in the morning to have any real clue. GL.

It does look positive...but I would just test again tomorrow. Especially if the control line didn't even show up for a long time. Sounds like a faulty test.
