Silent reflux?

Does anyone have experience with infant silent reflux? I am waiting for a call back from my doctor but I've been googling in the meantime. I don't think my little guy has reflux because he isn't vomiting or spitting up. He has these gagging or choking episodes where nothing comes up but he is obviously uncomfortable and choking. I burp him after bf sessions and keep him upright but it's still happening. He also arches his back a log. Not just after feelings though. I thought he was just stretching. Just looking for any advice from anyone with experience. Ftm and everything worries me

DS has silent reflux. He was always arching his back, fussy during feedings, eating excessively, and had hiccups several times each day. See what your pedi days but it's very possible he has reflux and doesn't spit up much. Once we started giving him Zantac he started feeling much better very quickly.
