High BP = induction.

Well baby failed a stress test today so they sent me to the hospital. Been monitored since 3 pm. Baby is doing great but my BP was consistently high. So at midnight they put some medicine on my cervix to help soften and dilate it. At lunch time on Tuesday they start Pitosin. Boy that all happened so fast.

Good luck! I suddenly had high BP at my routine appointment yesterday and they are inducing me at 39w which is Sunday. I have a NST Thursday and I'm scared it may even be then! Facing an induction is scary!

Facing the induction is suddenly not as scary as the women who has been screaming bloody murder all night right next door to me lol.
