I'm on my first work trip away from both kids. DS1 is used to work trips, but this will be the first time I am apart from DD for more than a work day.

All I can think about is getting back to them. Not sure why it's harder this time than it was with going back to work the first time.

Why can't we all be independently wealthy and only have to work if we choose to

Here's a pic for reading my vent. The kids were so cute yesterday, DS was being a goof just to make DD laugh, and boy was she. I love watching the two of them interact! It totally melts my heart!
