I replaced all the elastics on my BG 4.0s since they has relaxed from DS1. Now after trying out fitteds am considering selling some off since we are leaning more towards our fitteds.
I am just unsure of how having replaced elastics will effect their price? Would it decrease resale value or be a neutral compared to the same condition without replaced elastics? I am having a hard time finding what the going prices are for these as it is.
Re: How to price diapers...
I'm by no means a "diaper market expert", but personally replaced elastics wouldn't scare me away from buying 4.0s. They are probably the easiest diaper out there to replace elastics on, and if anything replaced elastics makes me think the person took care of their diapers.
I think I'd price just like if the elastics were original, but disclose the fact that they are replaced. So if the diapers are VGUC then price at that VGUC price point and see if you get any offers.
