Induction day... Labor update #2... We have a baby

I don't think I have ever been more scared and excited for something in my whole life.
It's 4am, and I slept like crap, but I'm glad my alarm went off so I didn't have to fight it anymore.
We are having a baby today!

Update: dr broke my water at about 130.. Contractions started to get very intense so I got an epi around 3 and feeling favulous. Dilated to 3cm, so might be a very long night... Baby continues to look good!!

Update 2#:
2:32am PST. No baby yet. Baby has had some decels with cxtns, but doing ok. Contractions are just a few minutes apart and so painful, the epi isn't covering much.. I'm exhausted. Only progressed to 4.5 so far and feeling discouraged... Slept for 45 minutes since last night. Say lots of prayers please.

Update:
Kade Laurel was born 5/13/14 at 10:50 am weighing in at 7.5 pounds, 20 inches long.

30 hours of labor, two failed epidurals, 20 minutes of sleep since Sunday night and first meal since Sunday night and I would do it all over again to see this beautiful face.

Baby had terrible decels with contractions, dipped down into 60s And 70s...terrible night but avoided a csection (which I was begging for when I had no pain meds and the contractions were on top of each other) they had to get him I'm an emergency situation and had to call assistance OB and they used the vaccuum. Turns out baby had cord wrapped around his shoulder.

I'll write a full story later.. But I'll leave these
